| | Biography:
Arna started painting 6 years ago after a background in Architecture and Interior Design.
She gravitated towards painting bright, eye-catching landscapes which express her love of the NZ coastline and mountain ranges.
She uses acrylic on canvas and glazing techniques which enable her to get a depth and intensity of colour in her paintings.
Successful exhibitions have enabled Arna to now paint full-time from her studio in Ponsonby ,Auckland.Visits by appointment only ph/ (021) 834126.
She is represented by galleries in the North and South Island, and her work can be found in private collections in Canada, U.S.,Japan,Dubai, Great Britain, and Australia.
Cards featuring her artworks "Pohutukawa Dreaming" and " Pohutukawa Paradise " can now be found worldwide at all NZ High Commissions or purchased online at www.nznature.co.nz.
